Information we collect

Order information (name, shipping address, email, phone), payment metadata from OpenNode and ACH processors (we never store full bank or card numbers), and analytics events from our website provider (IDPixel) for site improvement and abandoned-cart recovery.

How we use it

· To fulfill and ship your order

· To send order updates, Certificates of Analysis, and shipping notifications

· To respond to support and wholesale inquiries

· To prevent fraud and meet legal recordkeeping obligations

Sharing

We share data only with: shipping carriers (address + name), payment processors (transaction metadata), and our CRM (GoHighLevel) for order and follow-up workflows. We do not sell customer data.
