1. Research Use Only
All products supplied by Sequence Labs LLC are sold strictly for in-vitro research, laboratory experimentation, and reference standard use. Products are not approved by the FDA for any medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic application and are not intended for use in humans, animals, or food.
2. Eligibility
Purchasers must be 21 years or older and must be a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or commercial entity engaged in scientific research. By placing an order you affirm that products will not be administered to humans or animals.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payments are accepted in Bitcoin via OpenNode and (forthcoming) ACH via AllyPay. All sales are final once a batch is shipped.
4. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon hand-off to the carrier. We ship via insured U.S. domestic services and provide tracking on request.
5. Returns
Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of reference compounds, returns are accepted only in the case of demonstrable shipping damage or COA discrepancy and must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sequence Labs LLC's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim. We disclaim all warranties beyond the express specifications on each product's Certificate of Analysis.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana.
